Could this Finally be it?

Negotiations over, papers signed, now we wait. Waiting is always the worst it seems, especially waiting for our new house to be built. We are looking at moving in mid-December, our Christmas present this year. The above picture is the rendition of the house, although ours will not have the full-length front porch (we're choosing to put the thousands it would cost into other inside options instead), and hopefully we get a say on the outside color (white with black shutters or a shade of gray or lighter green with white shutters). Of course I'll be updating our progress, good and bad!
