Recent Vacation Activities in South Carolina - Whew!

So, I didn't end up with as many prized photos as I should have, I don't have a photographer's mind and don't think of the shots I should have taken until it's too late - over a week too late. I did get a picture of the kids with their Great-Grandma Pearline Wheeler



- even a PRECIOUS one of just Lillie and Pearline.



We got all the grandkids of David Jr. & Dorothy Johnson to sit together for a picture - Malcolm having a meltdown for an UNKNOWN reason, there always has to be one. Kendall (4), Braden (1), Tre (9), Malcolm (2), DJ (5) & Lillie (1)



We enjoyed watching Tre and DJ enjoy each other - DJ (aka Jesse) loves his older, wiser cousin Tre and they were inseparable. Story, Sunday night we went to the anniversary celebration performance of the church group Tre belongs to.



Tre had school the next morning and we decided to have DJ not spend the night sleeping at Tre's house. DJ literally cried through the entire Praise Dancers performance and begged nonstop to let them spend the night together - I'm scared for his first real break-up with a girlfriend! But, that's at least 11 years down the road . . . DJ's tear stained face says it all.



There were many meals spent with family, time for the cousins to get to know each other since Dave and his two siblings all live in different states. Here is a montage of the memories I remembered to snap!
