Nothing Better Than Family . . .

We have had quite the summer of hosting family & friends at our house. I must say though that everyone who dares overnight it at the Johnson B&B IS family. And we love everyone of y'all, you know who you are. You others, you best be making reservations . . . lol!
Anyway, here is a snippet of the most recent guests, my sister Julie & her family. Lots of kids = lots of noise, fights, whining, crying, laughing, and silliness. It's been two whole years since we last saw them. They've added Holly (1 1/2 yrs.) and Will (9 mos.) in that time . . . yes, bless their hearts (and minds). Such a cute, sweet family and I'm glad they are mine!

Balloons . . . note to self, ALWAYS have balloons on hand. Here are a few of the kiddos demonstrating a few uses of balloons, like fighting.



Oldest, Jesse (7 yrs.) and youngest, Will (9 mos.) ~ Jesse loved to make Will laugh, Jesse is the family clown. He has a knack for making at least one of his cousins in each family giggle . . . what a fun, happy-go-lucky guy!


The gang ~ Holly (1 1/2 yrs), Jesse (7 yrs), Will (9 mos), Malcolm (4 yrs), Lillie (3 yrs), Jake (5 yrs), and Lucie ("this close to" 3 yrs). A bribe-of-ice cream-if-you-smile, a pulling faces, da BOYS and lovely girls pics . . . all in jammies, after baths. Sometimes that's the best it can get and that's perfectly all right!
